This research evaluated the feasibility of a Seniors Exercise Park program among older adults with mild balance dysfunction. The program involved 18 weeks of gradual reduction of supervised training and six weeks of unsupervised training at the Seniors Exercise Park. The results showed that the program was feasible, safe, and improved physical performance, quality of life and psychosocial health. However, adherence to unsupervised training was low, and strategies are needed to manage adherence during independent practice and dropouts.
