Many researchers use DC voltage sources or neglect MPPT controller in VSG studies. It leaves a research gap whereas the DC voltage source is an infinite source where in solar PV system, the power is limited and affected by MPPT controller. This paper investigates the VSG implementation in single-stage solar energy conversion system (SECS) interconnected to an aggregated weak grid condition. This paper presents a feasible way to implement VSG in a practical application without compromising MPPT performance.
