VishingDefender: An Advanced Vishing Defence System against Vishing Attacks

Vishing attacks, also known as ‘voice phishing’, exploit human vulnerabilities by deceiving victims over the phone to disclose sensitive information. This paper presents our designed and developed VishingDefender, a project aimed at addressing the escalating threat of vishing attacks, which utilises phone calls to deceit individuals into disclosing sensitive information. The primary focus is on the development of a comprehensive tool leveraging on advanced algorithms to predict vishing scams.
