This technical report is part of is a PUB funded applied research project "Large-scale biomanipulation feasibility trial/experiment for water quality and environmental management, based on food web dynamics and ecosystem stability in Singapore reservoirs.". This report is focused on the results and interpretation of a 2-year study performed at Lower Seletar reservoir on the aquatic biodiversity and food webs found in this reservoir. Additionally, applied biomanipulation techniques were performed at Lower Seletar reservoir and are recorded, analyzed and interpreted for this reservoir.
