In the era of the Internet, it is common practice for travellers to book their preferred
accommodation of choice via online means from either the brand website or online travel
agents (OTAs). The Internet has redefined the hospitality industry, and has amended the
way people plan, buy and consume tourism products (Xiang & Gretzel, 2010).
